Anthony W. Palma is a Senior Chair of the Firm’s Estate Planning and Trusts Practice Group.
Palma holds an AV Preeminent® rating with the Martindale Hubbell publication (only five percent of attorneys are awarded this rating), a rating denoting the highest accolade an attorney can receive for his “legal ability” and “adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence.”
Palma’s experience includes all aspects of trust administration, estate administration and probate litigation.

Palma has built a successful practice and one of the largest wills, trusts and estates practices in the state.
He has successfully represented numerous clients in cases against the Internal Revenue Service resulting in millions of dollars in savings for the clients.
