Dr. Moore is one of a handful of national jury consultants called upon to advise litigants on major lawsuits across the country.  He has consulted on cases as far away as Melbourne, Australia and London, England.  His work has been featured on television news shows such as Hard Copy, A Current Affair, 60 Minutes, 48 Hours, Dateline, Eye to Eye with Connie Chung, CNN and the BBC did a special on his firm.  He taught the Sociology of Law and Criminology as a tenured professor at USF from 1974 to 1994 where he also served as Assistant to the President, Director of the USF Human Resources Institute and Deputy Director for Research at the Florida Mental Health Institute.

Current Position:     
President, Harvey Moore & Associates, Inc.,  a full service litigation consulting firm providing assistance to attorneys in strategic and thematic development of case issues, trial communication strategies, voir dire, jury selection, witness evaluation and training, development of computer graphics and demonstrative exhibits and other social science consultation and individual research and service since 1969. 

Areas of Teaching and Research Expertise:  
Sociology of Law, jury behavior, venue evaluation, community standards, survey research, deviant behavior.
