Lee Cirsch represents clients in both consumer and commercial litigation.  He handles cases involving mass tort and consumer protection class actions pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation and other types of products liability cases, and personal injury matters.  Mr. Cirsch also focuses on representing individuals and businesses that are harmed by competitors that engage in acts of unfair competition and other tortious and unlawful business practices.

Mr. Cirsch is skilled in representing clients in all phases of trial and appellate practice in both state and federal courts. He has also successfully represented clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. He is licensed by the California bar to practice before all courts in the State of California. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Cirsch is also licensed by the Texas bar.

Mr. Cirsch obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1998. He then earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Cirsch was a member of the St. Thomas Moore Law Honor Society and the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, where he successfully competed on behalf of Loyola in the esteemed ABA moot court competition. Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm, Mr. Cirsch was an associate with the international law firms of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP and Barger & Wolen, LLP.

Mr. Cirsch is a frequent contributor to legal publications such as the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal. He has also been invited to speak at various legal conferences and seminars. In March 2012, Mr. Cirsch was a featured speaker at the Stafford national product liability webinar titled “Medical Monitoring in Products Liability Claims:  Challenges for Plaintiffs and Defendants,” providing product liability counsel with a review of medical monitoring in product liability claims. Mr. Cirsch was also recently named by The National Trial Lawyers organization as one of the Top 40 Under 40 litigation attorneys for the state of California in both 2012 and 2013. Additionally, Mr. Cirsch earned a place on the 2013 Southern California Rising Stars List and on the California Super Lawyers List from 2014-2017.
