Carson moonlights as the Chief of his local fire department, an agency that runs 500+ calls a year serving local communities in both fire and rescue settings.

Prior to joining, Carson founded multiple home service businesses that were later acquired by larger competitors. Startups and building customer centric products are where he finds himself at home. Extreme doer and product expert with a keen eye for strategic operational excellence.

Carson holds an MBA from Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, and a Bachelors Degree in Management and Employment Law from Rutgers University.
