Managing partner, Ms. Vacciana is a fierce advocate for her clients in the courtroom and within the community. As an immigrant from the UK, with Jamaican roots, her background fuels the dedication she has to her diverse community. This passion has lead her to serving in several leadership positions and nonprofits such as the Florida Bar Foundation, Florida Legal Services, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Caribbean Americas Soccer Association Inc., and Gang Alternatives: Project Renew.
Ms. Vacciana is a proud Floridian and attended Florida Atlantic University where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida for her J.D. From there, she was awarded the prestigious Equal Justice Works Fellowship. In conjunction with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, she developed a program that assisted immigrant victims of domestic violence to gain restraining orders, legal status in the U.S., and a myriad of other legal issues. Additionally, she is also currently a law professor at Florida Atlantic University.
In 2012, Ms. Vacciana proudly opened the doors to her own law firm, Trial Lawyers of Florida. The firm brilliantly advocates cases in criminal defense, personal injury, probate, and family law practice areas.
