Michelle is a trial attorney, advocate and expert on and for sexual abuse survivors and has represented clients in high-profile cases such as the litigation against the United States Olympic Committee, USA Gymnastics, and Michigan State by former gymnasts who were sexually abused by Larry Nassar. Michelle’s clients were part of a $500 million dollar settlement with Michigan State University in 2018. She has also filed lawsuits on behalf of clergy abuse survivors in Pennsylvania connected to the Pennsylvania Grand Jury Report. She is also licensed and practices in New York and represents over 100 survivors of childhood sexual abuse in New York with claims under the recently passed New York Child Victims Act.
