Cashton L. Sessler practices in Washington State at The Sessler Firm. His practice is a mix of criminal defense and plaintiff’s personal injury cases. His criminal cases range from the humble misdemeanor to felonies with a lifetime sentence and no parole. His personal injury practice includes car crash injuries, fall injuries, product liability and medical malpractice. He works within the law and the unique facts of each case to get justice for his clients.
He attended Grinnell College where he earned his BA in American Studies and then received his JD from Washington University in St. Louis. He began his career as an attorney in 1986 and opened his own practice in Seattle in 1991. Mr. Sessler brings a unique lens to all of his cases, having worked on both sides of the aisle. Prior to opening his own practice, he was a State Prosecutor with Whatcom County, a plaintiff’s litigator at a small firm, and even for a short time represented insurance companies.
In addition to being a Member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 since 2014, Mr Sessler has been recognized as a High Stakes Litigator, Lawyer of Distinction, National Trial Lawyer Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyer, and Fellow of the American Bar Association, among other distinguished groups.
